By Bucket of Bread
This is an easy fix to compliment any dish but goes very well with Indian cuisine. This tandoor oven free solution is just as tasty and is only limited to your imagination when it comes to adding flavors. Plus it takes less than 5 minutes.
Use the Traditional White dough from Bucket of Bread
Lots of Garlic
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of olive or vegetable oil
Reach into your Bucket of Bread and take out a small ball of dough.
Flatten the ball to no more than 1/4 inch thick with the edges slightly thicker than the middle.
Press generous amounts of minced garlic into the dough.
On a medium-high heat add 1/2 teaspoon of olive or vegetable oil into a medium sized pan (cast iron skillet is always best).
Once the oil is hot, place the flattened dough into the oil and let cook for about 2 minutes.
Flip over and cook for 2 minutes.
Flip back and forth to each side until you reach a desired browness.
Place onto a plate and sprinkle with salt to taste.
Make more for more servings.
Serve brushed with butter or ghee! * Try using diced onions instead of garlic!
